15 High-Level Words to Boost Your Son's Reading Confidence Today

At The Competitive Readers Coalition (CRC), we believe that words are more than just letters on a page: they are the keys to unlocking a world of opportunity. In the heart of Pinellas County, we see the transformative power of literacy every single day. From the local barbershop to the tallest office buildings, the ability to communicate with precision and confidence is what separates the dreamers from the achievers.

Boosting your son’s reading confidence isn’t just about finishing a book; it’s about expanding his internal toolkit. Equipping the Next Generation of Leaders

At The Competitive Readers Coalition, we know that these words are just the beginning. Our mission is to move young men FROM THE BARBERSHOP TO THE BOARDROOM. This Youth Workforce Development and Training program is specifically designed to transition our youth from their trusted community spaces into the professional world. We aren't just looking for jobs; we are equipping the next generation of leaders to own the industries they enter.

Building Generational Wealth through Literacy and Ownership

We also recognize that literacy extends to the world of finance. Our Financial Literacy and Homeownership Program, in partnership with LMCU, serves as the 5th pillar of our organization. By teaching young men and their families about credit, savings, and the path to property ownership, we are building generational wealth. True empowerment comes when a family has a home of their own and the knowledge to keep it for years to come.
